Our online ordering site is for registered business's only. There is a $100. minimum.

Orders are usually filled within 24 - 48 hours from the time they are received. Most orders will be filled 100%, as we update often for items that are 'out of stock'. If for any reason your order cannot be completely filled, we will contact you before shipping.

Catalog Orders

Catalog orders are for Canadian provincial/federal licensed business's only. There is a $150. minimum.

Orders may be received by email, fax or phone. Please be sure to note the item code, gauge and size when ordering to eliminate the margin for error.

Orders will generally take between 10 - 14 business days. Occasionally some items require longer production time.

Shipping:

Online Canadian orders will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours from the time they are received.

Orders are sent regular ground shipping, unless notified otherwise.

There is no COD shipping for online orders.

Please ensure your mailing address is correct. Additional shipping will apply if items are returned because of an incomplete address.

All orders will be shipped directly from our head office.

Catalog orders will be shipped using regular ground shipping, unless notified otherwise.

Payment Terms:

Online

We offer the Paypal option for your convenience. (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Debit)

If you have an established account, you may bypass the Paypal option and proceed directly to checkout. You will be contacted to verify your payment terms before shipping.

Catalog Orders

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex as forms of payment.

For any other form of payment request please contact the office at the time of ordering.

All first time customers must pay through valid credit card listed above.

Payment Terms - Retail Orders:

Upon processing your order, items will be shipped through Canada Post. After Inked™ pillow packs will be sent through regular mail service. Bottles of After Inked™ will be sent with Expedited delivery service.

Please ensure that your mailing address is correct. If any items are returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply.

All sales are deemed 'final sale".

Returns

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

You contact us within 2 days of receiving After Inked™. The item is defective or damaged. The item received is incorrect.

If you have to make a return, please email us explaining your reasons for why you would like to return the item.  Once we respond and agree that it is a legitimate return, you may then mail it back to us, along with the original invoice and a copy of the email (no exchanges without this) saying it is OK to return this item to:

No credits of refunds will be issued.  The item will be replaced with a new one and shipped back to you immediately.
