Wholesale Orders

(Industry Professionals)

Wholesale customers please register for an account or login before you begin shopping.

Our wholesale online ordering section is for registered businesses only. There is a $100 minimum.

Once you have finished shopping, select ‘Update Cart’ and ensure that all items in you cart are correct.

Select ‘Calculate shipping’.  You will be prompted to enter your postal code. (Please note that we do not ship outside Canada at this time) Shipping methods and pricing will be listed. Please select the method that suits you best.

Once the shipping method has been selected, click on ‘Checkout’.

Once at the checkout stage, if you have a discount code or coupon, please select ‘Enter Coupon’

Select your payment method, enter your card information and select ‘Place Order’.

For returning wholesale customers, please verify your payment information.

Orders are usually filled within 24 – 48 hours from the time they are received. Most orders will be filled 100%, as we update often for items that are ‘out of stock’. If for any reason your order cannot be completely filled, we will contact you before shipping.

Retail Orders

To begin shopping, click on the product you wish to purchase. When viewing the product you are interested in you, choose the options, if any for that item.  After you pick the options for the product, and select how many pieces, click the tab that says add to cart, this will place the item into your shopping cart.

Once you have finished shopping, select ‘Update Cart ‘ and ensure that all items in you cart are correct.

Select ‘Calculate shipping’.  You will be prompted to enter your postal code. (Please note that we do not ship outside Canada at this time) Shipping methods and pricing will be listed. Please select the method that suits you best.

Once the shipping method has been selected, click on ‘Checkout’.

First time retail customers will be prompted for customer information at the time of checkout.

Repeat retail customers information will be prompted to verify existing information at the time of checkout.

If you have a discount code or coupon, please select ‘Enter Coupon’

Select your payment method, enter your card information and select ‘Place Order’.

For returning retail customers, please verify your payment information.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Before you submit your order, please ensure everything is correct. If you do need to make a change, please contact our Customer Service directly ASAP at 1-866-860-7794.

Please note once your order has been processed and shipped, we will be unable to change or cancel your order.

Shipping

Online orders will be shipped with 24-48 from the time they are received.  All orders are sent regular Canada Post ground shipping unless another option has been chosen. If you require a shipping method not listed, please contact our Customer Service before placing your order.

Orders received before 1:00 pm EST are generally shipped the same business day.

Please ensure you have provided us with the correct shipping address, phone number and email address.

If you concerned about the safe delivery of your package, through Canada Post, please include any special instructions in the ‘notes’ section at the bottom of your order such as “Signature on Delivery” or “Hold for Pickup

We are NOT responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.

Damaged Packages

If your package or items inside your package arrive visible damaged, please contact our Customer Service directly at 1-866-860-7794

Please provide us with images proving the damage. Photos must include closeup images of any damage to the package or the damaged item.  Please do not throw away the item or packaging before contacting our Customer Service.

You must report any damaged package or item to our Customer Service within two business days of delivery

Damaged Packages Sent to a Residence

Please note that if your order was shipped to a residence, your damage claim may not be covered by the carrier as drivers may leave packages unattended (on the porch, or apartment building lobby) when no one is at the residence to receive it.
